WINTER AND LONG TERM RATES

Our winter rates start September 1st and end May 1st these are full hook-up and are $400 a month and (power is included).
We will also include a storage shed that is a $30 a month value free while they last.

We now have two large lots with yards for long term renters for $350 a month (power not included).  Fences, decks, and pets ect. are ok. 
These are full hook-up lots and only for long term.

We also have a small A Frame available now at $400 a month (power included).
